As the name suggests, this is a diet base don apples
Apples are full of fibres and the principle is that an apple before each meal reduces your appetite. By eating all those fibres, you get the impression that your stomach is quite full.

Apples with brighter colours contain more of these nutrients than lighter coloured apples.
