The Bodysense Diet is a diet for women who want to learn to listen to their body.

The ideal weight is the weight that suits you. Apart from that, this diet considers the monthly hormonal changes in the body of a women.

The Bodysense Diet has three phases which are based on the menstruation cycle. In the first phase you can do with less calories and the diet considers the periods when you have a bigger appetite. You keep a ‘body-diary’ so that you can level body and mind. In this diary you write about food, feelings and thoughts, so that you can learn to see the connection.

This slimming method aims at large quantities low-callory food. You can eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Apart from that you eat full-wheat products and little fat. You are supposed toe at slow and conscious so that you can feel when you have had enough. The slimming is not fast, but it is a naturl way to loose weight and you will feel good.

Advantage:
With this diet, the goal is realistic: your natural weight. Besides that, the diet contains balanced food so you will not have eating-attacks. You loose weight slowly and safe. The Bodysense diet is a start of new eating habits.

One disadvantage is that you have to count the calories very precisely. Listening to your body is easier said than done.
