Liver belly
The characteristic of a liver berry type of body is small stature and a belly that sticks out. This type of fat distribution is most common in men, but it is not exclusive to them. Women have this type of belly fat as well, but it is not as pronounced. For people having this body type, they are very likely to experience flatulence, bloating, belching and generally, there are likely to have digestive disturbances. The weight for those with this body type is best removed by simple exercising and/or dieting.

Thyroid
This is another body type which is characterized by fat distribution throughout the entire body including the legs, the face, the neck and the shoulders. People with this body type are likely to experience fatigue even after having a full night of sleep, cravings of carbohydrates and fat for energy, thinning of the outer portion of the eyebrows, general hair loss and brittle fingernails. People with this body type are often cold, especially on their hands and feet. Because the cravings will always be there, dieting will not work and those with this body type should exercise. If faster results are required, one can always get diet pills and nutritional supplements.

Adrenal
Those with this body type have their belly fat on the abdomen dropping or sagging down towards the legs. Since adrenal glands are the stress glands in humans, those with this body type will have undergone an enormous amount of stress over a long period of time. Those with this body type often complain of chronic low back pain and fatigue. This belly fat can be removed by surgery, but one needs to be careful after the procedure so that the fat doesn’t come right back on. If surgery is not an attractive option, one should try weight loss drugs.

Ovary
The ovary body type is exclusive to women. Women with this body type usually have bodies that are petite above the navel and from the mid-thigh down. The fat deposits are usually in the hip and thigh with this body type and the development of increased fat increases the potential of ovarian cysts. This body type is characterized by fatigue during the menstrual cycle, brain fog and pain in the knees and lower back. This body fat can be very dangerous and it should be removed by surgery if exercising doesn’t work.

Endomorph
Endomorph is another body type that stores fat very easily and once it has accumulated this fat, it finds it very hard to lose the fat. The metabolism of an endomorph is sluggish and so they should take a diet that is rich in high metabolism foods. Since they gain fat easily, the food they eat should have little fat and they should exercise regularly to burn any fat that may accumulate. However, since those who have this body type find it difficult to lose the fat, surgery might be an option if they are too heavy.
