Weight loss problems and obesity are one of the diseases that kill many people each minute in the whole world. Many of us do starvation as the ultimate solution to lose weight, many of us do these practice hoping that it would quickly melt away those unwanted fats. But what we don’t know is that starvation would only create a much bigger problem than depriving ourselves. We don’t realize that we are not creating a solution here but a problem instead.

If we continue practicing starvation it would lead us to different medical problems like ulcer and digestive difficulties not to mention fatigue and body malaise due to lack of nutrition. Also, it would only teach our body’s metabolism to go slower burning foods than teaching it go faster burning foods. These are just some of the things that might happen to us if we continue practicing how to lose weight in a wrong way.

Tips on losing weight effectively without starving yourself to death!

1.Know how to balance your diet – planning your diet would be a great tip to begin with. Make sure that you get all the necessary vitamins and minerals form most of your foods.
2.Eat variety of foods – include different food groups for your diet like fruits, nuts, dried fruits and vegetables. Whole grain foods are also essential so add them up.
3.Eat with right amount – don’t try to stick to the traditional three big meals a day. Instead try to cut it off with six small meals a day. It would be effective on fastening your metabolism. In between meals can be from fruits to vegetables that can be both healthy and nutritious.
4.Eat just to answer your body’s needs not to make you full. – do not over eat and try to answer your emotional needs of being full. The next time that you eat consider the amount of food that you eat to your body’s needs.
5.Drink plenty of water – water can keep us rehydrated and it has the ability to flush out toxins out on our body. So drinking water would be helpful maintaining and cleaning our system.
