Three to five pounds might not seem like much, but because you are supposed to be drinking water anyway it is worth it! You need water in order for you bodily functions and drinking more water can help with your weight loss goals, whether it is ice cold or not.

Because water is so important in our diets and to help meet weight loss goals anyway, why not make it ice water and take advantages of the few extra calories that are required for processing it. It is true that you aren't going to get skinny by drinking ice water, but there is no good reason to skip out on it!
