Why can’t I lose weight?

Many people keep on searching and even searching harder to find great and fast solutions over weight loss. The market of weight loss today has been filled with different types and strategies on how to attract people to buy their program or product. You can find weight loss products in many varied forms like supplements, creams, diet plans or training programs. But despite the variety of solutions why many people still fail on losing weight? What seems to be the problem?

If you search the internet regarding weight loss diet plans for example you would not see hundreds of results but more than thousands of results. Same goes with training programs, there are thousands of results to choose from. But if you would closely look on their contents and the way they present their ideas, one would be your common denominator. That is the word FAST, they would all claim to lose weight fast, in 10 – 14 days, some would say one week or so, they are all the same.

But the big question is, are they really effective?

There are many diets and programs now available on the market claiming that you would lose weight in a matter of one to two weeks. It can be presented in varied forms like liquid dieting, some can be starvation, some depends on shakes and drinks, but most of them limit your food intake and sometimes none at all. Many of them promises great and wonderful results in as early as two weeks, imagine how miraculous that product or program is.

If you entail yourself to these miraculous programs, would there be any results? Yes there would be amazing results. You would really lose weight, in fact most people really lose weight after two-three weeks doing that program or diet plan. You would see yourself lighter than the usual and thinner as what you wanted. But there’s a big catch after losing your weight, there’s a big problem waiting to be released.

Losing weight than double weight gain…

After you lost some of your weight, the big problem is re gaining those melted pounds and worst making them twice when they return. That’s the major problem with these fast weight loss programs, at first they are effective but then side effects would include gaining back your weight that can be doubled sometimes. This is because to weight loss plateau, as what they say it means a wrong type or wrong method of dieting.

Common to these fast diet programs would only teach our metabolism to burn slower after losing weight, that is the normal mechanism of our body when we are in starvation and little food crisis. Our body would tend to save us thinking we are in a crisis by slowing down the metabolism. In effect greater come backing weight and harder to lose this time around.

Those are the danger of losing weight very quickly in a wrong way; there are different, safe and effective methods of losing weight out there you just have to find what the great one is.
