Mango and Orange Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • Fresh mangoes – 1 cup (diced and well peeled)
  • Crushed ice – 1 cup
  • Skim milk – ½ cup
  • Freshly squeezed juice of Orange – ½ cup
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon or lime – ½
  • Instructions:
    This recipe is very easy because it takes only two steps.

    Step 1: Take a container and add all ingredients into it, except lemon or lime. Then blend the mixture until ice, milk, mango, honey and orange juice blends nicely into smooth mixture.

    Step 2: When all ingredients are mixed well, add lemon or lime into it. You can take fresh lime for more refreshing taste. Again blend the mixture. Take a pre-chilled glass and then pour smoothie into it and serve it with some fresh mango slices.

    Berry and Apple Crumb Cobbler:

    Ingredients:

  • Red-gala apple – 1
  • Strawberries – 6 medium
  • Fresh raspberries – ½ cup
  • Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon
  • Nutmeg – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Reduced-fat-graham-cracker-crust – 1/3 cup (crumble well)
  • Sugar substitute – 2 packets
  • Softened margarine – 1 tablespoon
  • Instructions:
    Take apple and peel it well. In next step slice the apple in even slices. Now rinse strawberries and finely slice them. Take raspberries and wash them well.

    Preheat your oven at 345 degrees. Take an eight by eight baking dish, then spray little cooking spray in it. Take a container and add all the fruits in it with sugar substitute. Then put mixture in baking dish. Now in separate bowl add graham-cracker-crumbs, nutmeg and cinnamon together. Gradually, blend this mixture with the help of fork to combine them finely. Thereafter sprinkle this mixture over fruits that are placed in baking dish.

    Bake uncovered mixture for 25-30 minutes. Remove it from oven and let it to cool before serving.

    Strawberry Shortcake

    Ingredients:

  • Small strawberries – 1 dozen
  • Rice cake – 1
  • Vanilla-LA-Drink-Mix – 1
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Instructions:
    Put rice cake into a bowl. Now prepare the LA-Drink-Mix with water and add lemon into it. Include strawberries on the top of the rice cake and then pour drink mixture over strawberries. If you like to garnish the cake then use some fresh strawberries on top.
