How to Burn off Fat Really Fast!
Deciding to burn off fat can be the first step in losing weight and becoming fit. You can be sure that once you lose your weight, you will feel better and more importantly you will have more self esteem. But, in order to burn off fat, you have to make sure that you go through some steps. Although exercising can be an important part of burning fat, you will have to use a combined approach in your weight loss strategy.
Make Sure that You Eat Low fat and Low Calorie Foods
First of all, your eating strategy has to change in order to burn off fat. This means that you have to eat low fat and low calorie foods. This is essential, as eating more fat then necessary can really put a toll on your system. In principle, the foods that you eat should not pass 2000 calories per day.
Of course, this also means that you have to cut back down on that salad dressing. You can just use some lemon juice or even vinegar instead of salad dressing. Moreover, you have to stay away from butter and margarine in your breakfast and other meals. Use only low fat liquid oil for cooking and use only lean proteins such as poultry in your daily meals. No fancy whipped creams or cream cheese either. If you have to eat ice cream, choose low fat varieties.
Eat Smaller Meals and Eat Them Slower
- Stop eating three large meals every day. Instead eat six smaller meals. Make sure there isn’t more than 4 hours in between the meals. Eat less in every meal as compared to before.
- You have to make sure that you eat with smaller bites. This is important as eating bigger bite will make digestion that much more difficult and this can result in gaining calories.
- You have to eat slower then before. Give your body a chance to feel full. Sometimes you may be full, but it will take some time for the signal to travel to your brain.
- Make sure that you eat carefully and diligently
- Never starve yourself as this can make losing weight much more difficult
Exercise a Lot!
You can’t hope to burn off fat unless you exercise. But this does not mean that you can burn off fat with localized exercises. Instead you will have to do all kinds of exercises for best effects. This means doing aerobics as well as strength training exercises. Aerobic exercises and anaerobic exercises will help to burn off carbohydrates, while strength training will increase your muscles and your thermogenic burn rate. You have to keep up exercising for at least 45 to 60 minutes in order for your body to start burning off fat.
Keep Active!Always and always keep moving. You can’t hope to burn off fat unless you are as busy as a bee. Walk and do work around the house. Don’t be too lazy to go to the local post office by walking. You will see the results soon.
