Overweight problems such as obesity and others are just some of the common man made problems that are very hard to cure. Obesity and weight loss problems can be prevented, and it can be cure with a lot of ways. You would see some very simple ways to cure obesity such as dieting and exercising, but the question is why many people still carry this big burden in life? Why these problems still exist if we have solutions for it? What seems to be the problem?

Yes, we already know that exercising and good dieting are the two most important key factors when we want to lose weight, it is given and people knows about it so much. The problem is the execution of these two solutions. How do we control ourselves from eating too much? How can we manage to eat only the right amount for us?
