- Make a chart of comparison:
List down all the food you are eating and all the food you should be eating, go on line and get the calorie count of each item of food. Make a chart of comparison of what is your calorie intake is now and what your calorie intake will be if you take healthy food. To give this chart an extra kick, add up all the calories on each diet. Download a picture of human fat and print it in small size, Make 100 calories = 1 human fat picture. Paste the picture in form of tower in front of what you are consuming now and what you will consuming then, the difference will motivate you after a visual realization will struck on the amount of fat you can avoid just by eating healthy.
The above information will be acting as catalyst in motivating you.
