4.Non loser dieters don’t skip meals. Don’t think that meals would only make you even fatter. As long as you are eating what right and eating on the proper time you don’t have to worry anything. Skipping meals would in fact contribute to slowing down your metabolism.
5.Do not consume more white sugar; refine carbohydrates and foods high on sucrose or fructose. These are soft drinks, sweetened drinks, white rice and pasta’s with overly dripping sauce. They are hard to burn but easy to be digested.
6.Give up alcohol! It can do nothing for you but to harm your body and deposit even more calories along your mid section.
7.Don’t consume too much food. Don’t make being full as a basis to your eating, eat only the proper amount regardless if you are full or not. Drinking water after eating may do the trick!
