Yes it is true that we can get water from many sources like foods, colas, beers. Juices and the likes. But they are not pure water alone; they have different substances that may affect our body. Example is on beers, they are mainly water but they have alcohol content that can harm our body. Coffee are water based, but they have caffeine that induces hormones from our body.
Colas are water base drinks but they have very high sugar content, and that is the most thing that you want to avoid. Juices can be other form of water but as with sodas or colas they have high sugar content and different chemicals that our body doesn’t really need.
