There is no easy way to losing weight. Losing weight is like football – it’s a game of basics. It takes determination and real power to commit to a lifestyle. However, with the proper motivation, you can lose weight without the unnecessary grumbling. Here are simple, easy yet effective ways to lose weight.

Keep Your Goals In Mind
Maybe you have been condemning yourself for along time now for a diet that failed. Or a promise to stick to a program but did not get to finish it. Instead of knocking yourself out, begin saying “I can be healthy! I am able to lose weight!” Picture yourself in the body that you desire to have. Hang photos of women who inspire you. And every time you feel tempted to indulge in gluttony, remind yourself that you are making a healthy choice.

Never Go Hungry.
If you embark on a starvation diet or drastically cut your calories in order to lose weight, your own body will turn against you. The most effective way to lose weight is to eat a low – fat foods and complex carbohydrates that burn calories as they are digested.

Eat More Vegetables.
Pasta salad loaded with veggies such as carrots, zucchini and tomatoes is just as delicious yet has fewer calories compared with a salad with the usual meat and mayonnaise. It offers tons of vitamins and minerals with fewer calories. Limit use of butter, salad dressings, oils and cheese.

Switch to the Usual Coffee. 
Instead of ordering well-whipped coffees from your favorite coffee shops, go for the ordinary brewed coffee. With whole milk, whipped cream and the unnecessary glucose, you are packing unnecessary calories without even knowing it. A cup of regular coffee with skim milk has just a small part of those calories and it taste and smell just as good.

Eat or prepare almost all your meals at home.
Eating out means eating more – including eating more high fat, high calorie food. Prefer to eat at home. Prepare yourself some good healthy food. You save more and get to enjoy a healthy dish. Remove all high calorie foods from your refrigerator and pantry. Stock them with healthy food instead. Eat more complex carbohydrates: fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Eat leisurely and peacefully.
Put down your fork or spoon after every bite. Mix together your eating with stories for your dining partner of the amusing things that happened during your day. It takes 20minutes for the brain to send its fullness signal. Eating slowly will give your brain enough to time to tell you that you are already full.

Love Exercise
Exercise is so important in weight loss. When you exercise everyday, the weight you lose through dieting will be more fat and less muscle.
Find some form of exercise you love to do – biking, walking, swimming, jogging, etc. It has do be something that you love to do, or else you wont do it.
Schedule a time for exercise everyday. A regular structured time assures continuity and builds confidence in you.
Keep your routine simple. Wear suitable and comfortable clothes.
Get proper rest and enjoy the good sleep that exercise gives.
Associate with positive people who are alive with interest and activity.
