How to lose weight unconditionally by eating fewer calorie snacks?
We have to admit it, eating is the most wonderful thing that has ever been created for mankind. With eating we can manage our stress levels, some foods are meant for us to be motivated, and eating can be our form of entertainment. But with all these phony things that describes eating what we get from it are bigger and fatter waist lines. It is true that eating can be very rewarding especially to good foods, but on the other hand it is also true that eating makes us fatter and more obese.
If you try to go to the supermarket and you have 200 dollars as your shopping fund, you would see that almost 75% of it goes to food alone. These consists of bright colored and very flashy looking snacks, your favorite potato chips all on different flavors, ice creams and chocolates and other related things. These things would not make you healthy and slimmer at all; instead it would contribute to your weight gain.
As for the above statement, does it mean that you have to be starving to death just to be healthy and slim? Does it mean that you have to eliminate all your snacks just to stay in shape? Does it mean that you have to eat nothing but pure vegetables and forget about scrumptious snacks? Well that is not dieting but that is self killing. When we say dieting, it means cutting back on foods that aren’t healthy on us.

One serving of any Campbell’s soup
6 pieces of saltine crackers with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter on it
Half turkey sandwich with reduced calorie bread, add up minimal mustard and veggies
Reduced fat graham crackers, topped it with jumbo marshmallows and drizzle with reduced sugar chocolate syrup
