Other things that you can do are, walk down the stairs, and don’t use an elevator; if your office is close by, walk up to your office instead of driving down; walk up to the nearby mall with your children in the evening, you can do your shopping and it is a good exercise. Every step you take is a step towards losing weight.
2. Drink water:
Drinking plenty of water helps you to slim. Always carry water with you.
When you drink plenty of water, the excess water is thrown out by our body as urine, sweat and fecal matter. But when you don’t drink enough water, the body retains excess water, which will increase your body weight. Your body gets dehydrated if you drink less water. Because of this your body’s capacity to burn calories and fat are reduced, which then makes you gain weight. Drink water before your meals. This fills up your stomach, and you will lose your appetite and eat less.
3. Frequency in eating:
Instead of eating three square meals a day, eat six micro meals. This means there will be a number of digestions. Increasing in the number of digestions, will increase the level of metabolism, helping you body to burn more calories.
4. Go to the gym:
Strength training exercise is the best way to reduce fat. Spend an hour in the gym. Or if you find it expensive, you can buy some second hand equipments and set a small gym at home.
5. Change your lifestyle:
The first thing you have to do is to make changes in your lifestyle. If you want to lose weight, make up your mind to do it.
