2.Have one specific eating place at your home; the best is the dining table. With these you would only eat on that part of the house neither on the desk nor to work area.
3.Don’t do anything else when you are eating. Don’t chat, don’t talk to a friend and don’t watch TV. These things would make you eat more than the usual.
4.Do not place and keep foods rather than the kitchen alone. Don’t store and keep foods on your closet, at the TV rack, on your desk etc. Also, don’t put foods on a see through container.
5.Always eat on a smaller plate rather than the big one. It would make your plate look full.
