How can I make my metabolism faster to burn more calories?

If you read articles or explanations about weight loss you would always hear the word metabolism. With every weight loss explanation you would always see the word metabolism, it a Hollywood star in the world of losing weight. But what is metabolism? What is its contribution to our body?

When we say metabolism it means the process of converting the food that we eat into energy for our body to utilize. It takes place on our muscles and organs and it lay means term it results to what we know as burning calories. Of course if you have a faster metabolism then the end result would be faster burning calories. That would be the most vivid dream of every dieter, to increase their metabolism thus burning more calories and not just storing them like a frozen meat in the freezer.

1.Always eat your breakfast and don’t skip it! Skipping your breakfast and starving yourself first thing in the morning sends a message to your brain that you are in a crisis. Your brain would act to it; it would save you by slowing down your metabolism.
2.Eat early during the day. It is advisable to eat meals early ahead like your dinner. Study shows that eating dinner four hours before sleeping would result in losing weight. This is because if you eat then go to bed right after, the food that you ate would no longer be burned and it would just be stored in the body.
3.Never eat less than 1200 calories per day; your body would sense that it is in a crisis mode thus slowing the metabolism instead of increasing it.
4.Have your snacks frequently. It would make you less hungry thus would not permit you to over eat in a meal.
5.Eat more carbohydrates then fats. Carbohydrates would be burned faster than fats.
6.Exercise, especially cardio work outs like walking, jogging, cycling or dancing. It would help the body to burn those stored fats that is unburned by your system.
7.Do weight trainings aside from cardio work outs. Weight trainings strengthen and improve your muscles which are the main organ involved for body’s metabolism.
8.Be active all throughout the day instead of slouching over the couch. It would contribute to melt those fats away.
9.Always avoid alcohols. Alcohols have the capacity to depress the metabolism and it has the power to increase your appetite. So it is a big no no for losing weight.
10.Drink plenty of water. For your body to function well it has to be nourished by water thus preventing cells to be dehydrated.
