In order to successfully lose weight, the patch should be used as a supplementary means to exercise and proper diet, and not the other way around. Healthy eating and proper exercise are the most important factors, and weight loss patches are there to help the efforts. Weight loss patches are helpful to curb cravings, and in situations where food access is high.
So do weight loss patches work? The answer is indefinite and will of course only depend on the user. A person can use weight loss patches, but keep his unhealthy lifestyle, and may find no results whatsoever. A person can also exercise regularly and steer away from foods rich in sugar and bad fats, and can lose weight, without having to use a patch.
