Not all supplements are safe for all people. Just because they are natural and come from natural sources doesn’t mean that they won’t harm. You should always seek the advice of your doctor, only they will know how supplements might react with any health conditions you have or medications you are taking. - Green Tea- Green tea can be taken as a supplement or as a beverage. It is believed that the EGCG that green tea contains reduces fat. It is also believed that green tea works as an appetite suppressant. You can take a daily supplement or have 3 to 5 cups of tea a day.
- Aloe- Aloe can be taken in several forms including as a liquid. This plant is full of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential minerals and it is believed that it aids in weight loss through better digestion.
- Calcium- Studies show that calcium boosts weight loss in many people. This is because their natural diets lack proper amounts of calcium. Many believe that a lack of calcium often leads to binging and eating a lot of foods as the body tries to get more calcium.
- Fish oil- There have been tons of studies researching the value of fish oil. It is good for most people for a whole wide range of ailments. It is also supposed to help you lose weight.
While you will still have to work to lose weight, these supplements might aid you in that process. Don’t forget to check with your doctor on safety. Also, only take the recommended amounts!
