Cakes and chocolates and deserts! What more do you want to increase calories in your body? Such foods are irresistible and you can’t help over eating. There will be parties and left over’s. Don’t attend all parties:
Attend only important parties. It is not necessary to attend all parties you are invited. You can always make up some excuse. And if it is very difficult to say ‘no’ then it’s better to keep a distance from the buffet table. Another trick is to have something lightly before leaving for a party. This will reduce your hunger, and you can avoid a lot of excess calories.
Focus on your goal:
Holidays come and go every year, but what is most important is achieving your long term goal. I know it is difficult to control yourself when you are standing in front of a table laden with tasty food, always keep your goal in mind when you stretch your hand for a second helping.
Don’t lose confidence:
Planning is the most important thing. It is very difficult to deprive your self of all the delicious foods. Don’t worry, a little bit of deviation is not a cause to worry. That does not mean that you have failed. Don’t let that make you lose your confidence. Once you feel it’s pointless to continue, and then you will only gain pounds.
