Fight craving

Avoid colas and artificial drinks

Get active

Drink water

Be patient
One of the very important things which are required at this stage is to be very patient. Remember that you have given birth to a child and you cannot instantly get back to shape. The care of the child should be your first priority and then you should think about making changes in the shape of your body.
