Drink water:
If you want to lose weight, then drinking plenty of water is very important. Your body should be dehydrated, so drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. It is said that your metabolism burns calories 3% faster if you drink water. When your body is dehydrated, the fat and calories cannot be burned easily. Avoid drinking fruit juices, carbonated beverages, even diet soda, as they contain sugar and calories.
