We need to understand that just wanting to lose weight will not be enough to bring the desired result. Losing weight requires commitment backed by effort this is only possible if you have the motivation.

The Golden key:
Motivation holds the key to success in anything you do, no matter how much brilliant plan you are following, no matter how many people have reduced weight following that plan, if you are not motivated in your effort to lose weight you will not achieve your goal.

Motivation requires positivity in one’s attitude, as in weight loss the struggle is to keep oneself on diet and doing regular exercise. A positive approach helps you to resolve inner conflicts which may arise when you are confronted with continual decision regarding food choices and exercise.
Positive attitude free yourself from stress and anxiety, these are paramount things in keeping your motivational level up, if you do not work on your motivational level chance are that you will soon feel de motivated and will give in to the desire to have unhealthy food or not to do any exercise. This will result in another weight loss plan being abandoned.
