A minimum of 8 glasses of water has to be consumed everyday, because water helps the body to function properly and prevent dehydration. If taken before food, it can make you feel less hungry. If you don’t like plain water, add some juice to it.

Limit intake of caffeine:
Try to stick to the habit of just one cup of tea or coffee in a day. In case you want to have tea again later, go in for herbal tea. They are healthier. Limiting intake of caffeine also makes you active.

Multivitamin supplement:
People feel they are healthy because they are eating a balanced diet, but sometimes the food you eat will not provide you with the sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals. To remove this deficiency, you have to take one multivitamin tablet everyday.
