There are many diets out there, but some are ineffective and others can even be dangerous to your health. If you want to diet to lose weight, you should be very careful where you get you diet – online sites are really not the best place to look.
Very low calorie drugs
Unless you are dangerously obese, diets with less than 800 kcal per day should not be taken. It has not even been proved that such diets actually work.
