4.Feeling unappreciated – this is the reward system, when you got something you wanted or all your hard work has turned into a big success and no one is there to praise and congratulate you then you would reward yourself for a fruitful hard work. And the reward would be… food of course. You think that even if people don’t appreciate you and the things that you do, you can always treat yourself with good and delicious foods unlimitedly.
5.Boredom – no friends to hang out, no pet to care, no family to talk too, no gadgets to play with, what else you can do? EAT… if you cannot think of things to occupy your mind the best thing for you to do is eat and kill the time.
