For the past years and decades that we have, there are actually many myth over different fields in life. We can always hear many myths about acne, about getting your wedding done, burials, and many other things. Some of these myths have direct correlation between them and the subject, but some have no correlation at all. Myths are always there that we people tend to believe in at first.

Have you heard some great myths about losing weight or getting fat? We always here that white rice can be fattening, but this is not true because they are good source of carbohydrates unless get won’t get burned. We heard many times that eating on fast food chains are healthy and makes you lean. This is not true because they contain many preservatives that are bad for our health.

Many people are getting crazy over weight loss myths that they always hear. Some people always follow the rules even if there is no clear and stable evidence that they are correlated with each other. Many of us still believes on the old times when there is no one to explain until the rise of modern science.

Milk and weight loss, are they related with each other?

We have seen many commercials telling that a glass of milk is healthy for the day. We always see commercials when someone drinks milk they would have nicer body and fat free, strong muscles and bones features. But the question is, are they really correlated with each other? Do they have significant effect with each other?

Drinking milk has been proven effective to be a good source of calcium that is responsible for bone maintenance and growth. This is a fact and science has proven this effective. But what about drinking milk helps the body lower the formation of fat and helps on the fast metabolism? Now! You can have the results and take lead if this is a myth or a fact.

According to one of the articles of Journal Nutrition Review, they stated that there is no evidence that dairy consumption helps people lose weight. They have made a thorough research over this to know if milk and other dairy products can actually help people to lose weight. They have the statistics to reveled them right.

They have studied 49 various clinical trials and they have examined the connection between the two subjects and the results are:

1 no weight loss but have decreased fat accumulation in the body.
2 have weight gain
5 showed weight loss
41 didn’t show any significant relation between weight loss and weight gain

If we are going to look over the results, it turns out to be they have a very varied effect to one another. We cannot generally say that milk causes weight loss neither with weight gain.
