And if at all this diet is successful, and you tend to lose rapid weight, you will regain back your weight as you have finished the diet.
Weight loss should be healthy:
Using your common sense is the real secret of weight loss. Sensible and healthy eating and exercising are the two important factors of weight loss. Instead of just losing weight, you should be more concerned about your health. Healthy weight loss is beneficial for your body than rapid weight loss. Losing weight gradually, will increase the energy level in your body and makes you physically fit.
Healthy eating and exercise:
There are so many pills and diet plans to choose from, if you have decided to lose weight. But remember, if you want to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds or you are choosing pills or diet plans, whatever it is, the secret to a successful weight loss is eating healthy and exercising. Healthy eating and exercise will not help you to lose weight overnight or in a blink of an eye, but I promise you that you will see positive results in the long run.
Healthy eating and weight loss are correlated:
There is a correlation between healthy eating and weight loss. This depends on your calorie intake. If you are consuming calories more than the minimum calories required by your body, then you will surely put on weight, unless you find ways to burn the excess calories through exercising. So you have to understand your calorie intake.
Now how is this done? First of all you have to understand the amount of calories in each food and drink. This information is available in the internet. The next thing you have to do is to keep a food journal. Food journal helps you be aware of what you are eating. You will be more disciplined in your eating habits. Note down everything you eat or drink in a day. Besides that, write the calorie content. By the end of the day, you can calculate the calories consumed. Normally the body needs about 1800-2000 calories per day. If your consumption is less than this, then you are on the road to success. But if your calorie consumption is always more than the minimum requirement, then you can say goodbye to weight loss.
Moderate eating and healthy diet:
If you know how many calories you are consuming in a day, you can make changes in your diet, if you find an excess in calories. Don’t overeat. Limit your portion. You can try out various recipes with nutritious food. Include a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet. If you feel hungry between meals, have a cup of yoghurt instead of a candy bar. Eat food rich in vitamins, proteins, fiber and carbohydrates and avoid fat and sugar.
