Sauna belts are one of the newest rages. They have great slogans and draw you in promising to help you lose loads of belly fat without having to work out. All you have to do is wear the sauna belt, let it heat up, and lose the undesired weight and fat.

What is a Sauna Belt?
The sauna belt follows its name fairly well. It is a wide belt device worn around the middle. It really does heat up and cause the trunk of the body to sweat. This is supposed to be losing belly, back, and hip fat. Many even suggest being used on the thighs, arms, and other parts of the body.

How Does It Work?
The sauna belt works by heating up. It is supposed to mimic the heat of a sauna, while concentrating it in a specific location. Your body then gets warm and sweats.

Can You Lose Weight?
It is actually likely that regular use of the sauna belt will cause weight loss. This is because of the sweating that the body does while using the sauna belt. It can even seem like a significant loss with ten, fifteen, and even twenty pounds lost.

It is also likely that you will lose inches in this process. This is because of the water that the body has lost through sweating. While this can feel great, help you fit into smaller clothes, and even look great, it really isn’t ideal.

All in all, the sauna belt comes back to the saying, “if it sounds too good to be true then it is likely that it isn’t true”. Sure you can lose weight and you can lose inches, but its water which your body needs. Plus there are a lot of nasty side effects that could happen to you. It just isn’t worth it!
