If you eat ready foods and canned foods, make sure that you look at the calorie levels in each serving so that you will know how much calories that you are eating - Eat anything you want as long as you count your total calories per meal and for per day.
- This routine can be interrupted if you go to eat out in a restaurant. In restaurants, you will be given too big mega size portions and if you end up eating all of them you will end up eating too many calories in a single meal.
