Dieting and losing weight can be considered as twins, most of the time we always hear them together forever as one. When someone says about losing weight expect that the next word would be dieting. Most of us have this general idea of dieting as the number one way to lose weight; we have made this a legend to everyone. When we talked about losing weight there is no best answer to hear but go on diet!
Try to ask your family or friends on what is the best way for you to lose weight. Expect them that they would answer go into a diet and you will lose weight. Try to search over the internet on how to lose weight and majority of your results would discuss dieting. But the big question is, is dieting really effective? Can dieting really help you lose weight?

Natural reactions of body towards dieting…
Our body has been made to its own kind, we cannot simply command our body to do certain things the way we wanted it to be. Yes we can raise our feet and clap our hands but when we talked about the process of the body it cannot be commanded as simple as saying burn more calories. Our body reacts over dieting as a 50 over 50 chance of being effective or not.
When our body goes into dieting example as in starvation, it goes into a panic mode. Our body would think that we are on a crisis and what he would do is burn calories little by little. He would try to conserve the remaining calories to keep the body up with energy. We cannot command them and say “burn it more, I am not into crisis mode”.
This is the awful result of starvation to our metabolism, it teaches our body to conserve fats rather than to burn more fats. That is why starvation can lead to a wrong process of losing weight and it can be a big problem at the end. So the next time you decide to go into diet, starvation is a big loser!
Dieting can be turn into right ways to achieve best results!
Skipping meals is not a great idea over losing weight, skipping breakfast is the worst actually. On the normal functioning of our body, it is evident that our first meal of the day is burned faster than our last meal. It simply means that skipping breakfast and eating more on dinner would mean weight gain and not weight loss.
Training our stomach to eat less is also one good idea; we can train our stomachs to eat less but frequently. This is effective due to the fact that foods that are served in the body on smaller portions would be easily burn compare to huge meals.
Dieting can be helpful if we would do it on the right and proper way, it would be a big help and not a sacrifice after all.
