- Deep breathing is another great option. Here you will concentrate on your breathing while clearing your mind. Place your hand on your stomach and concentrate on breathing deeply and pushing your hand outward. Try not to think about anything but your breathing.
- Imagery is also another tool at your disposal. Imagine yourself losing weight and getting smaller and healthier.
