Motivate yourself by turning negative in to positive

In your life you will face negativity and positivity; it is how you will deal with them, will determine the course of your life. If your approach towards life is negative, you will eventually harm yourself in the long run.

Take this test:
Go stand in front of mirror and see yourself. What do you see? Write your thoughts down; now write down, how you think your friends and your family see you? Take the paper and analyze what you see.
If what you have written down revolve around, I am fat, I cannot even take care of my body, I am worthless, I am so weak that I can resist food, who would want to go out with me? Who will love a fat person like me? Stop yourself, there is no point thinking on those lines.
Negative thoughts have negative effect
Discontentment, anger and anxiety all have negative effect on your mind and body. If you are not satisfied with yourself now you never will be! As negative thoughts have a tendency to anchor in our mind and shape our perceptions of things.
All these thoughts can be turn in to a powerful motivator if you just adjust your way of looking things. Instead of having a negative approach try thinking positive and approach a task with positive mind. If you approach a problem or a task positively you will not be de motivated easily
A scenario:
For instance you try to solve a problem, your solution is not working, your positive approach will tell you, “ok, this is not working, I will try something else”.
In negative thinking, if you approach a problem with a solution which is not working, you will say to yourself “oh no! I am such a failure, I cannot even fix this! What is the use of even trying?”
In both of these two approaches the results are different of the same situation. In one you give up while in other you try again. In weight loss, which approach you will take? Will you take the one where you give up on first sight of failure or the one where you push on with determination?
Turn negative in to positive:
When you stand in front of mirror do not say to yourself “I am fat and worthless “! That is a negative approach and will only leave you in stress and depression. This itself a big de motivator and will lead you to sit and do nothing perhaps eat more.
However in the same situation if your thought process is positive your response will be “ I am going to be healthy, I am going to make myself fit, I know I can do it and I will enjoy myself more when I will be able to do healthy activities”. This approach will be motivating you and most likely you will get up and take up a program which will lead you to path of healthy weight loss.
