It is also advisable that a person should consume more of vegetables and fruits in his/her diet. If you are fond of non vegetarian food then you must go for lean meat like fish and chicken. You should also make use of wholesome fats like butter, almonds and cold pressed oils.

In addition if you can manage good physical exercise like aerobics with healthy food then no one can stop you from eliminating your belly in just 2 or say 3 months. Thus by saying no to unhealthy food and by going for good exercise you can easily attain a well shaped body.

Check your sleep:
Along with eating habits there are several other important things that require good attention to get rid of fat. Often hydration and sleep are the two most important aspects that are ignored by most of the people. It is imperative that with good food and good exercise, a person must also take good sleep at night.

It is more useful if a person goes for sleep at the same time every night as this helps in developing a very tough renewable cycle. This in turn offers enhanced energy to the metabolism in the proper manner. With sleep hydration also helps a lot in reducing the fat.
