Exercises are bodily activities that help your body to achieve overall fitness and good health. Exercising has so many benefits, and some of them are given below.

1.Increase the metabolism in our body. When we are exercising, our body needs a lot of energy. So the metabolism increases to supply this energy. This demand of the energy is met by burning calories from the stored fat.
