Keep Fit Diet
The Keep Fit Diet is a pleasant way to live more healthy and keep a varied food pattern.
The diet will give you more energy. If you look carefully at the rules, you will discover that the ‘good things in life’ are still forbidden.
If you keep the basic rules of this diet, though, you will feel healthier and fitter. The basic rules are:
- No more than 2 slices of full wheat bread per day.
- No sugar – you can eat sweeteners.
- No potatoes, rice, avocado, brown or white beans, pasta or other starchy food.
- No sweets or deserts (cake, cookies, jam, preserves, chocolate) except for fruit or jelly without sugar.
- No alcohol except for one glass of liquor or one glass of dry wine. NO beer.
- Unlimited carrots and celery.
- No cream, no whole milk.
- No ice, milkshake, sherbet.
- No sausage, salami or other fat meat products.
- No fat sauce, peanut butter, butter, oil and fat.
