Pineaplle Diet

If you want to loose that last excessive pounds without effort, the pineapple diet is what you need. The pineapple diet is not only healthy and effective, it is also fresh and tasty.

The pineapple diet is designed for people who want to loose those last few pounds. The pineapple diet does not change your eating habits and therefore it is not a diet you can keep up for a long time.

With the pineapple diet, people can prepare delicious recipes with pineapple for four days.

You will loose 5 kilos with the pineapple diet. Beside that, you can repeat the pineapple diet for four more days.

Rules of the pineapple diet:

For optimal results, you have to follow these rules:

  • Drink 3 litres of water per day.
  • Do not eat between 8 o’clock in the evening and 8 o’clock in the morning. Your body needs the time to process the food and get rest. This will give you more energy. Besides that, it is better for your digestion because your body will learn to be more economical with nutrients.
  • Chew well land eat slow. This stimulates your digestion.
  • Eat one slice of full wheat bread for breakfast, with low-fat margarine and 20+ cheese or lean chicken filet. You can use spices for flavour. Drink Freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast and no coffee or tea.
  • Lunch four hours after breakfast. Take 2 slices of full wheat bread or four full wheat with butter and cheese spread. You can put alfalfa or watercress on your bread or crackers, or lean cottage cheese with slices of strawberry or banana.
  • Eat dinner 4 hours after lunch.

4 Days Pineapple Diet:

Day 1:

Put the Se-oen (a finer variety of mihoen, available at a toko) for a few minutes in just not boiling water (take the water off the stove). It is done very quickly. In the meantime, fry 100 grams of pork in squares with pepper and salt until done. Add 200 ml of water to half a stock cube. Put the Se-oen in the stock and leace to absorb the flavours. Finally, add a quarter of diced fresh pineapple. Finish with some mint.

Day 2: Pineapple Salad

Wash 150 gram of lettuce and remove stalks. Make a dressing of one spoonful of oil, a spoonful of vinegar, some pepper, salt, curry and chicken stock. Mix this through the lettuce and add one half dices pineapple, a can of tangerines or two fresh, peeled tangerines. Finish with a lot of black pepper. You can eat one bread roll.

Day 3: Pineapple Risotto

Peel one pineapple. Dice it and put the juice in a bowl. Add milk to the juice until you have 250 ml. Pour in a frying pan and add two cups of risotto rice. Bring slowly to the boil and add a spoonful of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Bring to the boil and put it on low heat. Allow the recipe to cook slowly. After 15 minutes, add the diced half pineapple and leave it to simmer until done. Serve warm or cold with a lot of pineapple.

Day 4: Pineapple Sandwich

It can’t be more simple but it is very tasty. Take two slices of bread, cut them in four triangles and spread milk on them. Fry the bread in a saucepan with some butter until slightly crispy. Put them on a plate and leave to cool. Put some cottage cheese and a big slice of pineapple on each slice. Enjoy!
