10 Days Diet

The basic rules of the 10 days diet are:

In order to keep a good balance between joules en proteins you need to follow the diet exactly as stated below. With the 10 days diet you loose weight very fast. You can loose about 5 kilos in ten days with this diet. You have to keep the diets very strictly to create a balance of joules and proteins. The amount of proteins is very important because they prevent rumbling stomachs. You can keep up the diet until you have reached your goal.

The scheme of the 10 days diet:

Day 1:

Breakfast: 1 a 2 cups coffee or tea, 1 slice of bread (thin layer of margarin), 1 boiled egg, 1 apple.
Lunch: 2 slices of bread, 100 gram ham (without fat), 1 pickled ghurkin, 1 glass of juice (orange, grapefruit, lemon)
Dinner: 1 orange, 100-120 gram meat, 2 spoonfulls of vegetables, 2 small potatoes, 1 glass buttermilk of low-fat cottage cheese.

Day 2:

Breakfast: 1 - 2 cups of coffee or tea, 2 slices of bread, 1 spoonfull of jam.
Lunch: 1 banana, two slices of bread, 250 gram low-fat cottage cheese, 1 glass of juice.
Dinner: 1 apple, 1 lean schnitzel or 2 slices of liver (fried with as little butter as possible), 2 tablespoons of potatosalad, 1 large portion of lettuce, 1 glass of juice.

Day 3:

Breakfast: 1 or 2 cups of coffee or tea, 1 slice of bread with 50 gram of lean meat or low-fat cheese, 1 boiled egg.
Lunch: 2 sliced of bread, 100 gram lean meat products, 1 cup of tea or coffee, 1 small bun or knackebrood.
Dinner: 1 orange, 100gram lean meat, 1 soupspoon of boiled rice and 1 large portion of lettuce.

Day 4:

Breakfast: 1 -2 cups of coffee or tea, 1 slice of bread, 50 gram lean meat products/slice of low-fat cheese, 1 orange.
Lunch: 2 slices of bread, 100 gram lean meat products, 1 large portion of lettuce, 1 glass of juice.
Dinner: 2 soup spoons of macedoine (bonduelle), 1 glass of buttermilk and 2 knackerbrood.

Day 5:

Breakfast: 1 - 2 cups of tea or coffee, 2 slices of bread, 100 gram low-fat cheese.
Lunch: 1 banana, 2 cups of tea or coffee, 1 slice of apple pie (without cream), 1 yeast bread.
Dinner: 1 apple, 1 lean schnitzel or 2 slices of liver (fried with little butter), 2 spoonfulls of potatosalad, 1 large portion of lettuce, 1 glass of juice.

Day 6:

Breakfast: 1 - 2 cups of tea or coffee, 1 slice of bread, 2 boiled eggs.
Lunch: 2 bread rolls, 100 gram lean meat products.
Dinner: 1 soupspoon of lean goulash meat, apotatoes, 1 large portion of lettuce, 1 glass of juice.

Day 7:

Breakfast: 1-2 cups of tea, 2 slices of bread, 1 spoonful Jam.
Lunch: 2 slices of bread, 50 gram lean cheese, 1 pickled ghurkin, 2 cups of coffee, 1 slice of apple pie of cheesecake.
Dinner: Half a chicken, 2 spoonfulls of potato salad, smaal portion of lettuce, 5 half peaches (without syrup), 1 glass of juice.

Day 8:

Breakfast: 1-2 cups of tea, 2 bread rolls, 20 gram butter, 1 spoonfull of huney.
Lunch: 1 orange, 2 slices of bread, 250 gram lean cottage cheese, 1 cup of tea.
Dinner: 1 steak tartar (100 gram), 2 soup spoons of vegetables, 2 small potatoes, 1 glass of juice.

Day 9:

Breakfast: 1-2 cups of tea or coffee, 1 slice of bread, 50 gram lean meat products, 1 boiled egg.
Lunch: 2 slices of bread, 100 gram ham, 1 pickled ghurkin, 1 glass of juice.
Dinner: 3 sausages, 1 slice of blood sausage, lots of sauerkraut, 2 small potatoes, 1 apple or orange.

Day 10:

Breakfast: 1-2 cups of thee, 1 slice of bread, 50 gram low-fat cheese, 1 apple.
Lunch: 2 slices of bread, 100 gram lean meat products, 1 egg, 1 cup of tea or coffee.
Dinner: 100 gram of lean meat products, 1 soup spoon of spaghetti, 1 large portion of lettuce, 1 glass buttermilk or juice.
