3 Days Diet

The 3 days diet has been designed for people who want to loose weight in a short period. It is possible to loose between 3 and 5 kilogram in three days.

The good thing about this diet is that the metabolism is stimulated and it is easy to keep up the diet.

The diet does have to be kept very strictly and between diets there have tob e four days of normal eating.

It is also important that the meals are eaten at normal times. It is not necessary for this diet to buy special, and mostly expensive, food of prepare special recipes. When you feel hungry, the diet advises to drink coffee or tea without milk or sugar. You are not supposed to starve on this diet.

Day 1:

Breakfast: 1 toasted slice of brown bread, 2 spoonfulls of peanutbutter, 1 half grapefruit, coffee or tea.
Lunch: 60 gr. Tuna (canned, with water), 1 slice of toasted brown bread.
Dinner: 95 gr. Lean meat (chicken filet or roast beef, 120 gr. green beans, 120 gr. boiled fresh beets (not canned), 1 small apple, 120 gr. vanilla ice (one cup).

Day 2:

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg on toast, 1 half banana.
Lunch: 120 gr. Hüttenkäse or cottage cheese, 5 crackers.
Dinner: 3 canned sausages, 120 gr. broccoli, 60 gr. carrots, 1 half banana, 60 gr. vanilla ice cream.

Day 3:

Breakfast: 5 crackers, 100 gr. cheddar, 1 small apple.
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 toast.
Dinner: 60 gr. tuna, 120 gr. boiled beets, 120 gr. cauliflower, 1 half slice of not too sweet melon, 60 gr. vanilla ice.

Tips:
Carrot, cucumber, fruit, mineral water with or without bubbles. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water, that is healthy, prevents hunger and is good for your fluid balance.

Critics:
The choice of food is limited. The diet also stimulates the jojo-effect because you eat very little for three days and it is tempting to ‘catch up’ in the next days.
